Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@littleblooom.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Process

  1. Email us your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or share the return address.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong product received.
If you need to exchange it, email us at support@littleblooom.com.

Non-returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards or sale items
  • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)
